Access Scenarios

Navigate to the Scenarios section in your dashboard

Create New

Click the ”+” button to create a new scenario

Basic Configuration

Configure:
  • Scenario name
  • Description (important for Natalia’s understanding)
  • Type of interaction

Configuration Options

Scenario Name

Choose a clear, descriptive name that reflects the scenario’s purpose

Description

Provide detailed context about when and how this scenario should be used

Interaction Type

Select the primary type of interaction this scenario will handle

Important Considerations

  • Consider the customer journey when designing your scenario
  • Plan for different possible customer responses
  • Scenario instructions should be clear and concise, with examples when possible. See more in the next section.
