# Requesting Phone Numbers

> How to obtain new phone numbers for your Natalia setup

## Getting New Numbers

Currently, phone numbers cannot be automatically ordered through the dashboard. To obtain a new phone number or if you have any questions, please contact our support team.

### How to Request

1. Email [support@getnatalia.com](mailto:support@getnatalia.com)
2. Include your account details
3. Specify your requirements:
   * Number of lines needed
   * Geographic preferences
   * Use case description

## After Getting Your Number

Once you receive your new number:

1. Configure it in your dashboard
2. Link it to appropriate scenarios
3. Set up business hours (coming soon)
4. Test thoroughly before going live
